Refund policy

Sweet Peas and Cuties will gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items but there are a few exceptions.

For returnable or exchangeable items:

You will need to contact us within 14 days of delivery.
You will need to ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective:
Custom items
Digital Downloads
Intimate items for health/ hygiene reasons
Items on sale
If item arrives damaged or defective please contact us right away so we can work with you to fix any issues!
